How do I check my order progress?

Step 01

Log in to your account

Sign in and open My Orders from your account menu. Every order you have placed with AiSALE is listed there with its current status.

Step 02

Open the order details

Click the eye icon next to any order to see the full breakdown — items, fees, purchase screenshot and the latest status update.

Step 03

Ask our support team

Prefer to ask? Send us your order number by email or through the contact form and we will reply with the latest update.

Not receiving our email updates?

AiSALE emails you at every status change. If nothing has arrived, please check the following:

  • Is the email address on your account spelled correctly?
  • Has the message been filtered into your spam or promotions folder?
  • Everything looks right but still nothing? Let us know →

Status 01

Order Confirmed

1–3 business days

Once your payment clears, AiSALE places the order on the official US store and sends you a screenshot of the retailer’s order confirmation so you can verify every detail.

Status 02

Retailer Shipped

2–7 business days

The US retailer dispatches your item from its own warehouse to the AiSALE receiving facility in the United States.

Retailer stock levels and domestic courier delays are outside our control. The overall delivery estimate is measured across the full international journey rather than this stage alone.
Status 03

Received by AiSALE

1–3 business days

Your parcel arrives at our US facility. We check the item against your order, photograph it where needed, and confirm receipt in your account.

Status 04

Packed & Shipped

2–5 business days

We reinforce the packaging, consolidate your items into one box and hand the parcel to our international carrier. It then departs the US airport and flies to your destination country.

Status 05

Customs Clearance

1–3 business days

Your parcel is declared to customs in the destination country. Most shipments clear without any action from you.

Some countries require the recipient to confirm the declaration or provide ID before release. If that applies to your shipment, we will contact you with the exact steps. Duties and import taxes depend on your destination.
Status 06

Out for Delivery ｜ Delivered

3–5 business days

Cleared and handed to the local courier, your parcel is on its way to the shipping address on your order — and then it is yours. Enjoy it.
