What is AiSALE?

AiSALE is a premier shopping concierge and proxy purchasing service. We help customers worldwide purchase items from U.S. online stores that do not ship internationally or do not accept non-U.S. credit cards.

How is AiSALE different from a standard parcel forwarder?

Many U.S. stores frequently cancel orders sent to standard parcel forwarding addresses. AiSALE eliminates this hassle. We don’t just simulate a local shopping environment; we have a cooperative U.S. procurement team that uses actual local resources, including U.S. credit cards and local IP addresses, to place orders on your behalf. This ensures a significantly higher success rate for your purchases.

Are the products authentic?

Absolutely. We purchase your requested items directly from official U.S. brand websites or authorized retailers, ensuring that every item is 100% brand new and authentic.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

Yes. All international shipments are subject to the customs duties and import taxes of the destination country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon arrival.

Processing & Delivery Time

Since AiSALE acts as your purchasing concierge, our shipping timeline consists of two phases:

• U.S. Domestic Shipping: Once you place an order with us, we purchase the item from the U.S. retailer. It typically takes 3 to 7 business days for the item to arrive at our U.S. facility.
• International Shipping: After we receive and process your item, international delivery to your doorstep takes approximately 7 to 15 business days.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure safe and reliable delivery, we partner with top-tier international couriers including FedEx, UPS, and other trusted international shipping carriers. A tracking number will be provided to you via email as soon as your package leaves our U.S. facility.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means the product prices and shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include your local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. The recipient is completely responsible for paying these fees to the shipping carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery.

Our Proxy Purchasing Nature

Because AiSALE is a proxy purchasing service, our return policy strictly depends on the return policy of the original U.S. store where the item was purchased.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within the original U.S. retailer’s return window.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Final sale items, personalized goods, or items not accepted for return by the original retailer cannot be returned or refunded through AiSALE.

Return Shipping Costs (Important)

As an international buyer, you are fully responsible for the international shipping costs to return the item to our U.S. facility. Furthermore, the original international shipping fee, customs duties, and AiSALE’s initial service/purchasing fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, or wish to initiate a return, please contact our support team immediately with your order details and photos of the item. We will provide you with a return authorization and the U.S. return address if the item is eligible.

We currently accept major Credit Cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) for a seamless global checkout experience.

Currency

All transactions on the AiSALE platform are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your credit card is denominated in another currency, your bank or credit card issuer will determine the exchange rate and may apply foreign transaction fees.

Secure Payment Processing & Fee Saver

All payments are securely processed through our trusted payment gateway partner, Helcim. To maintain our competitive purchasing fees and transparent pricing, we utilize Helcim’s Online Fee Saver model. A small credit card processing fee (convenience fee) may be added to your total at checkout. This fee will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase, ensuring complete transparency.
