General Conditions & Service Overview
AiSALE acts as a proxy purchasing service (shopping concierge). We assist international customers in purchasing goods from U.S. retailers and arranging international shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order if the requested item is prohibited, restricted, out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
Section 02
Product Representation and Liability
- Authenticity: We purchase items directly from official U.S. retailers or authorized sellers as requested by you.
- Product Information: We are not the manufacturer or the original seller of the products. We are not responsible for product warranties, defects, safety issues, or inaccuracies in product descriptions provided by the original retailer.
- Warranties: Any warranties are strictly between you and the product manufacturer. AiSALE does not offer independent warranties on the products purchased.

Pricing and Payments
- All prices and transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Our final quote includes the cost of the item, U.S. domestic shipping (if applicable), international shipping, and our proxy purchasing service fee.
- Convenience Fee: Payments made via credit card through our partner, Helcim, may be subject to a Convenience Fee (Online Fee Saver). This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Prices for our products/services are subject to change without notice.
Section 04
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- All international shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
- You, the buyer, are solely responsible for any and all import taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. AiSALE is not responsible for items delayed or seized by customs.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Our cancellation and return policies are strictly governed by the policies of the original U.S. retailer from which the item was purchased.
- Cancellations: If an order is canceled before the U.S. retailer has shipped, we will refund the product price (our service fee is non-refundable).
- Returns: If an order has shipped and the U.S. retailer accepts returns, we will refund the product price upon successful return to the retailer. You are responsible for any return shipping costs charged by the retailer, as well as the international shipping costs to return the item to the U.S. Our initial service fee and original international shipping costs are non-refundable.

User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current shipping information. For shipments to Taiwan, you must provide your legal Chinese name and phone number as registered with the EZ WAY app.
- You agree not to use our service to purchase or import illegal, hazardous, or restricted items according to the laws of the United States and your destination country.

Limitation of Liability
In no case shall AiSALE, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.
